What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us. When you upload claim documents we store the original files plus the extracted text and structured data they contain.

How we use your data

• To analyze your claim and generate explanations, strategies, and letters.
• To let you re-open and continue a claim across sessions.
• To improve product reliability through anonymized error logs.

Who can see your documents

Only you. Documents and analysis are isolated per account using row-level security. We do not sell your data and we do not use your documents to train public AI models.

AI processing

To generate analysis we send the OCR text of your documents to AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway). These providers process the data to return a response and do not retain it for model training under our terms.

Deleting your data

You can delete a claim from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us at hello@claimscopilot.app.
