Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using Claims Copilot. If something isn't working for you, here's how refunds work.

7-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked. Just email us and we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel anytime. After the initial 7-day window, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, but you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, we'll issue a prorated refund for the unused full months remaining on your plan.

One-time purchases

Single-claim or pay-as-you-go purchases are refundable within 7 days only if the claim packet has not been generated. Once you've generated the appeal letter, strategy, or phone script, the purchase is final.

What's not refundable

  • Charges older than 7 days on monthly plans.
  • Renewal payments (you can cancel before the next renewal to avoid them).
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email hello@claimscopilot.app from the address associated with your account. Include your order or transaction ID if you have it. We'll confirm within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Disputed charges may result in account suspension while they're investigated.
